The iontophoresis with tap water has been successfully used for years against hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). The iontophoresis is a conservative therapy, the first choice for hyperhidrosis of the feet, hands and armpits (that is, when your feet sweat, sweat, hands and armpits sweat). The body areas that are afflicted with excessive sweating are exposed to adjustable pulsating DC or DC for approximately 15-20 minutes. The aim of treatment is to minimize the sweating sweat to a natural level, without damaging the sweat glands. The effect usually suddenly occurs after 10 application of iontophoresis. Afterwards it is sufficient to treat the affected areas once or twice a week. In order to intensify the effect a little household vinegar as a tannin or a sage extract can be added to the water. The treatment successes are noteworthy: The chances of success with this treatment of excessive sweating iontophoresis are just over 98%. This high success rate, however, depends on choosing the right equipment and medical support during therapy. The iontophoresis is easily achievable at home. |
